Blog Post #1: Intro Name Rhymes

Welcome new English 3 students!  Test out your access to this blog by "commenting" on this post. Please create a short rhyming couplet (two lines) that uses your name and describes yourself quickly. For example -- "My name is Julie and I am excited to be back to school-y."

    What stood out from my classmates' poems was how mostly everyone described their inner self to be very ambitious. I could sense the theme of wisdom. Knowing how to act in certain situations and how not to. We all learned that we all have two sides, the more focused and the goofy or sportsy. The characteristics we described of ourselves were mixed, but balanced, like the yin yang symbol.

    what really.stood out to me is even though i dont know most of my class they described themselves as the opposite of what i see as an.observer of my new class. I really enjoyed them. As of this moment the one who.stood out the most to me was cornell's poem because tome not really knowing him tht well he seems very nice and he describes himself as demonic and that was very intresting.
